Puesto x Joe Musgrove Taco Collab
On Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, we added a new addition to our menu that’s perfect for food lovers and baseball fans alike! We’ve teamed up with Padre’s Pitcher, Joe Musgrove, to create this new Tijuana-inspired taco. Introducing: Joe’s Adobada taco.
Crafted with the finest locally sourced ingredients, this taco is a culinary homage to cross-border taco culture and the vibrant flavors of Tijuana. Imagine marinated pork, piña crema, guacamole, pineapple, onion and cilantro wrapped in our signature hand-pressed blue corn tortilla – it’s a home run!
Joe Musgrove, a longtime fan of Puesto, brings his love for authentic Mexican cuisine and his passion for giving back to the community to this collaboration. A portion of the proceeds from every "Joe’s Adobada" taco sold will be donated to The Animal Pad, a cause close to Joe’s heart and where he rescued his dog, Theo.
“I’ve always been a huge fan of Puesto and their dedication to authentic Mexican cuisine,” said Joe Musgrove. “This partnership is a fantastic way to share my love for Tijuana’s food culture while supporting a cause that means a lot to me. The Animal Pad does incredible work rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need, and I’m thrilled that proceeds from our special taco will help them continue their mission.”
